I would like to introduce myself here. I am a new mother, my son was born on Christmas Day, and I am still breast feeding. I find most other forms of exercise too distracting and hard to "fit" into the day. Even if it is a ten minute workout. I hope I stick with this and I would like to know about other peoples results with these programs. Their websites are full of testimonies and I was interested in seeing if this page had some for inspiration purposes. I am only on my second day of Oxycise and I am already down an inch or two from allover my body.
