Hi, I'm new. I may have a more unique problem, but better breathing, is good for all. If I don't ride my bike, like 4 or 5 days a week, my sleep has frustrating parts at the end, nightmares in a way. I think my sunken lower chest is the cause. I need a strong diaphragm to function better. What is a new secret? Maybe I will learn. Also as I get rid of 10 or 20 pounds of intercostal fat, way inside, around the guts and organs, I will have an easier time, so... I want to go for it, until I feel much better.
