Because it is a small (but growing) team we have a small amount of members doing each exercise including LifeLift. Personally, I prefer Oxycise! for my deep breathing. We will be glad to hear from you and have your input! There is a thread started to add your exercise minutes each day to keep us accountable and encouraged to keep up our exercises. Hi, My name is Theresa, and I am new to this team. I was looking for a group that was into deep breathing for health and weight loss, and was excited to find this team. I personally like LifeLift breathing. Does anyone on the team use it too?
