We're so glad to have you here with us on the team!! I prefer Oxycise myself. I just love it! With my dad in the hospital, etc. it makes it hard to do a specific routine, but I can still do the O! breaths - isn't that great! An exercise that you can do even if you can't do the routine!! We are glad to support one another here and you will be a welcome addition to our support staff.

I am so glad to find this team I have been doing oxycise but stop I now I have starting back I love it because for one thing it is not hard on my bad knees.
