Hi Natalie, it's Chris! I am happy to have you aboard! In a moment, I am going to do the Lifelift breathing to jumpstart my day. I see that you also do tai chi and T-Tapp. I've considered giving those a whirl, I hear nothing but positive things about it. And I can relate to stress with a capitol S (hey! it rhymes LOL!). Have a great day and I look forward to hearing from you again! emoticon

Hi, My name is Natalie, and I've been doing LIfe Lift Breathing on and off for a few years now. I started with Body Flex, but the Life Lift method works better for me. I sing, and I can definitely tell when I've been doing my breathing exercises. My voice is so much better and richer. I've been under a lot of stress lately and started taking supplements for adrenal fatigue. It was suggested that I do gentler forms of exercise until I get myself "un-burned out," and I decided that I would concentrate more on Life LIft and tai chi. I also do T-Tapp, which is very rehabilitative also. Really vigorous workouts have been tiring me out too much. So here I am! I did e-mail, I think it was Chris, once, and she told me she was going to widen the scope of the team. I'm SO glad you opened it up to Oxycisers and Life Lifters! Thank you!

P.S. I did my first full Life Lift workout this evening, after only doing 10 breaths a day for a few weeks. It felt GREAT!
