I see this as a project of just hammering away at a marble statue, a little every day. After the basic shape is there, we will start on the details and then, of course, still the polishing. But it all happens one day at a time!

I've noticed the same thing.
The older I get the harder it is to stay on track and focused (I guess that could be due to being perimenopausal as well...AAAHHH!). I will be 49 is 2 days and am determined that this next year will be the time I stop the yo-yo dieting and finally decide that enough is enough, as I don't want to hit the big 5-0 looking and feeling like I do. I'm anxious to get started and get motivated by the people on this team....I need all the help I can get!
