Hi there! First of all congrats on the weight you've already lost!! WOW~~!!

About the plateau: First of all: Perhaps a bit of a psychological crutch, but for me it's just as important to maintain weight lost as is loosing...don't despair but tell yourself you are maintaining. The longer the better, to be sure it's not coming back on!!
Secondly, if you have only little to loose from now on (the last 5 or 10 lbs...) it is always double or triple as difficult as is the first lot of weight. Like finding a new address: getting on the highway and almost there is a breeze, but that last kilometer can be daunting...it's a question of perservering and faith combined: that address (or weight goal) IS REALLY THERE, just don't give up!
And then just in case you have not considered the option: have you adjusted your goals since your plateau? YOu may have to re-define your weight goals according to your current BMI and weight, exercise level etc...
I am sure I am telling you what you already know, just hope that it will encourage you for now!!
Bonne courage!!
