I do work out in a heated pool everday that it doesn't rain. My calorie intake fluctuates from the middle to the high, started watching that and it is falling in the low end and have lost 2 pounds in two days so that is thrilling to me. I just get frustrated because I can't do all the things that I use to do and it is going to take time to get into the new practice for a change in my lifestyle.
When you say you "eat healthy", where does your total caloric intake for the day fall within the range SP set up for you? If it's in the middle, or towards the high side, I'd try reducing your calories to fall towards the lower end of your range.
Also, have you spoken with your doctor about potential exercises that are easier for you to do? Perhaps working out in a pool??
