I hear ya, Girl! I have fibromyalgia and, while I generally do really well with it, I've gone through periods of time that I couldn't do a friggin' thing, so I know how frustrated you are!

Just hang in there...you can only do what you can do...to do anymore than that, wouldn't be healthy for you! Chin up and remember...progress is progress!!

I do work out in a heated pool everday that it doesn't rain. My calorie intake fluctuates from the middle to the high, started watching that and it is falling in the low end and have lost 2 pounds in two days so that is thrilling to me. I just get frustrated because I can't do all the things that I use to do and it is going to take time to get into the new practice for a change in my lifestyle.

When you say you "eat healthy", where does your total caloric intake for the day fall within the range SP set up for you? If it's in the middle, or towards the high side, I'd try reducing your calories to fall towards the lower end of your range.

Also, have you spoken with your doctor about potential exercises that are easier for you to do? Perhaps working out in a pool??

I am 46 with several different health issues that hinder me exercising for any length of time and usually for only 10-15 minutes each day. I try to eat healthy but just can't seem to loose the weight.
