Hi: I'm now 68, active, still part time working, walk my Yellow Lab, golf, hate the gym; but try to go to swim mostly. In the last year and a half I have put on 25, all in the belly and hips. I hate it!!! I've tried watching my diet, walking every day, and my golf and swimming and I only keep gaining weight. I HAVE NO CLOTHES. I know there are many of you who relate and even laugh cause you've been there, done that. Help!!!! I have joined with two friend to weigh in weekly. We don't live close, so we can't exercise together. I hope Sparks keeps me on track and I can get back to my normal weight.
