Just when I thought I was losing my mind I find a place with people in the same stage of life as me. (I hope...I need to read the board and blogs, I guess.) So here I am, two or three sizes larger than I want to be, needing to lose about 30 pounds or more, learning to deal with an emptying nest, dealing with all the physical changes of life. I look forward to getting to know you all and am ready for any advice on any of the above topics!
