I'm a 42-year-old married mom, embracing my forties and motivated to making this the best decade of my life (until I enter my fabulous fifties, that is!).
I just joined SP last week, and am still exploring and familiarizing myself. I love the site, but admit to feeling a bit disoriented as I try to learn the ropes. Do I enter my walking and rebounding totals in both the mileage and cardio trackers, or does doing so count the same exercise twice? (I only want credit for what I've legitimately earned.) Why do some team goals post/update automatically, while others don't? Why do some streaks not reflect the correct number of days? I'm hoping to find answers to these questions as I settle in at SP.
