Hi Team! Just wanted to introduce myself as the newbie! I've been off and on with SP for a few years, but am really looking to make some permanent changes to my body and eating habits. My weight just kinda goes up and down the same range and I would really like to break the cycle. I think it starts in my head so I have to find a way to do things differently. Looking forward to meeting other people on the same journey. Hoping to learn some positive ways to deal with stress and life. My hats off to all of you who have met your goals and so thankful for the wisdom that is shared in a group like this.
