I am new to Spark and new to posting messages. I would like to loose 50lbs by the end of this year. My goal is 75 total. I am a stress eater and have been heavy most of my life, just like most of my mother's side of the family. I have recently met the man of my dreams (took long enough)and he is very supportive of my weight goals. I am also working with a wellness coach to help deal with my eating habits. Still need encouragement now and then though as I love chocolate. Thanks, ahead of time, to everyone out there for any and all suggestions for a healthy and happy way to loose weight and keep it off.
