i wish I could remember how to get the wt on the bottom but I don't right now, if I think about how I did it then I will write and let you know
Hi eveyone!!! I`m 45 going on 60 sometimes I feel. I`m looking to lose 20-30 pounds so far I`ve been on weight wacthers and lost 4 lbs. It`s a start. How do I get my weight on the bottom?

Sorry to hear about your back, I know that makes the wt. loss journey even harder for you. I guess I have been thru so much lately with my grandmother and mother. First my grandmother has went into a nursing home, at first she was to go in only for rehab, but refused the physical therapy because she didn't have the determination. My mom just had back surgery and has to go thru alot of determination to recover. So one thing this all has taught me, I have to have that determination. So we will be determined together!!!
Welcome to the TEAM!! I just joined myself. I've had back trouble, I'm older & my metabolism feels like it has almost stopped. I have gotten lazy about exercise to. So I'm relating to all that you've said. I haven't bought a scale yet...I scared to. But I weighed myself at therapy the other day...& I have lost 0 lbs. I've even been trying to drink ALL that water, I've actually gotten 5 glasses of water down in 1 whole day.....WOW!!! I need alot of encouragement to...If I can do it so can you.... Keep in touch.

What a time to try and loose wt AGAIN right here at the holidays, but here I go again. I had lost wt about 4 years ago and kept it off til now 30 lbs has come back upon me like the plaque!! I want to get it off again, and feel like I did before, and wear all my clothes I had rewarded myself with, Now I had to pack them away and get out the fat clothes! I have slower metabolism of course, and I hate exercise, so I know I have to choose something but don't know when and what! look fwd to meeting you all...
