Happy Birthday Lolliwog! Saturday was my 42nd birthday and I also feasted on chocolate souffle and icecream (but only a few bites). Whenever I wander away from my healthy diet, I think about my active 8- and 5-year olds and remember why I'm doing this. I want to be around a long time to enjoy them. It's challenging to stay on the "narrow path" without wandering off; but you're not alone. You have all of us to get you back on track. Each day try to do without one thing you wouldn't routinely eat. Take it a step at a time. Hang in there!
Saturday was my 40th birthday. I stuffed myself with cake and then began to feel sorry for myself. I couldn't fit into my clothes this morning,not just from the cake, but from not watching what I eat for a long time. I am hoping this group can help keep my motivated to exercise and eat right. I'm also struggling with my children right now which leaves me incredibly stressed and prone to snack a lot. Anyone else have this problem?
