I am 48 too, just hang in there. It will happen.
When somthing is of God, NOTHING can stop it. Amen..
I am nothing without God.
Psalms 109 Verse 8
Let his days be few; and let another take his office.
I feel good but i don't feel like i am losing any pounds and now i need to step up and get it off does anyone have any suggestions, I do 45 to 60 minutes on the treadmill and it's not enough. Cathy
to the team. To break your plateau, try walking along with your kickboxing. Adding a 20-30 minute walk every day, if you can, will work wonders with getting you "unstuck." Also, if you can, check out High Intensity Interval Training, that also helps up your caloric burn so that might help with your plateau. Check out my team, HIIT Team for information.

Posting once a day and this seems like a group I might fit in...I'm 48. Took up kickboxing 6 months ago and have dropped 30 pounds. But I have 25 more to go and they are fighting me every step of the way. I feel strong and healthy but my bursitis isn't too happy with me. My shoulder is a bit torn and shin splints are killing me. It occurs to me that I might not actually be able to do this forever so...here I am.
that's it for now...gotta go make dinner.
