to the team. To break your plateau, try walking along with your kickboxing. Adding a 20-30 minute walk every day, if you can, will work wonders with getting you "unstuck." Posting once a day and this seems like a group I might fit in...I'm 48. Took up kickboxing 6 months ago and have dropped 30 pounds. But I have 25 more to go and they are fighting me every step of the way. I feel strong and healthy but my bursitis isn't too happy with me. My shoulder is a bit torn and shin splints are killing me. It occurs to me that I might not actually be able to do this forever so...here I am.
