Hey you are not the only one. I hardly feel any different than when I was 20, why can't my body still look that way? I know I have the "wisdom of age" but I still want the body of youth and that takes lots of hard work! We can do it, so many before us have. Look at Cher! Isn't she like 60?
Goals: Decrease Body Fat percentage. I will do this by eating clean and cardio cardio cardio, I must not forget strength training, my goal is to strength train 4 days a week!
