I felt the same way until I read "French Women Don't Diet" She has some good advice about makeing food your friend by enjoying small pleasures, like a bite of chocolate or cheesecake. It helps me eat clean 99% of the time and not feel guilty when I have my cheat meal. I do like the idea of you rehab for food adicts though. Let us know if you start a new spark group.
Decrease Body Fat percentage. I will do this by eating clean and cardio cardio cardio, I must not forget strength training, my goal is to strength train 4 days a week!
