My weight started coming on when I was 38 due to Menopause starting. It is weird how our Bodies are all different and change from year to year. Stick too what your doing and your results will show soon. I have been actually dieting for about 6 Months or so now and Ihave lost over 13 pounds.
When somthing is of God, NOTHING can stop it. Amen..
I am nothing without God.
John 3:16 -------------- Psalms 109 Verse 8 -------------------- Let his days be few; and let another take his office.
I was adding weight too after I turned 40. I changed my eatting habits and started working out. Last August I was 281 and now I am down to 243. Try eatting 6 small meals a day. I live on protein, tuna and bananas.
I wish I could just eat a little of this and that!!!I really do not think I have a stop button in my brain! I should note that I tend to do everything in excess so I probably need to learn self control. Yeah, I need a good book on that topic. LOL
I felt the same way until I read "French Women Don't Diet" She has some good advice about makeing food your friend by enjoying small pleasures, like a bite of chocolate or cheesecake. It helps me eat clean 99% of the time and not feel guilty when I have my cheat meal. I do like the idea of you rehab for food adicts though. Let us know if you start a new spark group.
Goals: Decrease Body Fat percentage. I will do this by eating clean and cardio cardio cardio, I must not forget strength training, my goal is to strength train 4 days a week!

Yep, I have food issues. I want food to be a friend and not some evil force in my life. I really do LOVE to eat and food has always been an adventure...however, I am now 47 and can't eat like I use to. My body has changed and I really am tired of obsessing over food. Enough already! Maybe I need to start a rehab for food addicts!
