I'm new and jumping in with both feet! (Don't worry I won't sink because of this massive bouyant rear end that's developed behind me, seemingly overnight!)
I 48 and believe I'm pre-menopausal. We (me and my whole 2nd person of a rear end) see the doctor on July 2 to confirm the situation and discuss options.
I want to loose the weight, feel more energetic, keep healthy, keep sane, but most of all I WANT TO KEEP A SENSE OF HUMOR about all this life change stuff.
If it gets too serious and moody I'm sure I'll be disenchanted very quickly.
