I'm sure you do have a metabolism.
It's just changed a whole lot.
For me what ever I was able to get a way with even 3 years ago has changed for me.
I know for a fact that I have to eat lean proteins and work out way longer then what I use to.
I use to only work out fr 30 to 45 minutes now 60 to 90 to see true & real results.
But it can be done.
And yes waking up in a sweet it a symptom o menopause.
