Thanks for the info! Dh has thyroid problems. We went to see a nutritionist. She has him eating protein and healthy carbs at every meal. Since I don't want to cook 2 meals, I have been eating the same and the weight is starting to come off again. We are still eating the same food, just different amounts! I feel like I am back on track. As for menapause symptoms, I can handle a few night sweats! I am ready for the whole TOM thing to be over with.

It's just changed a whole lot. For me what ever I was able to get a way with even 3 years ago has changed for me.
I know for a fact that I have to eat lean proteins and work out way longer then what I use to. I use to only work out fr 30 to 45 minutes now 60 to 90 to see true & real results. But it can be done. And yes waking up in a sweet it a symptom o menopause.
