Hi, how was your weekend? I weighed in at 154 this morning, down from 159. I am hoping to lose 2 lbs this week. You know I started out great. I know it will start coming off slower this week, but I am going to try to keep the will power going, If you have any tips that help you, I would love to hear about them. Let me know how you are doing. Remember your water.

Hi Joanne1961.What part of the USA did you live? I lived in Colorado. The food is great here but too many Biscuits (good old cookies) LOL. All the sweets( deserts) are richer than the ones over there.Tiffle is my favorate.

Hi Lisa...Congrats on starting the program! I miss the food in America as well. I think it would be easier to diet in a country where I didn't like the food so much LOL

Hi Rebeccasdiet. I want to loose about 32lbs. I started the diet today but have been looking around the site and getting to know things first.I was born in the States but live in England now. It is hard because when I look up a food, I see all the things I can't get over here.I thought I just missed the weather but now realize i miss the food as well. TTYL

Hi, I am in WV. I started my program, Tuesday at and have went from 159 to 154,. I don't want it to sound like it was easy, it wasn't. I have been exercising every day and eating lots of salads and watching what i Eat, lots of water. I really need to lose the weight and I want to feel better about myself, and just plain feel better. Tell me about you and your goals maybe we can help each other...

Hi all. I am an American living in England. I am married and have 2 boys and 3 grandchildren. .....and I'm 40 something. (just 40 actually)LOL!
