Everyone says it gets harder to lose after 40. Well, I'm determined to not be a statistic. You're on the right track by being here. Way to go that your hubby is on board. It's so much easier when you have a close support group. WElcome to the group and all the best.
Hello friends! I am new to this site and of course to this team, but I'm so glad to have found you! I am 46 and have always seemed to have food and healthy eating issues. I enyoy being active and have for a long time. I am now finding that yes, the slower weight loss,the naps in the afternoon and the unrelenting belly fat are a way of life! I still remain active with biking and working out at the gym, but I can no longer play tennis or run distance because of four left knee surgeries. My husband and I have decided to be healthy and eat a lot better. He also wants to lose some 40's poundage. I will appreciate any advice and would offer any if it will help anybody else. Let's all be " 40 and Fab" together!
