Hi oh that word metabolism. Once we hit 30 to 35 it just is not like our younger days.
And real close to your weight goal. I have learned that for me I have to work out 60 minutes in stead of 30 like I use too. And stay with in the calorie range. I have to eat lean protein. I have several friends who are over 50 and they have to do what I do.
If you work at it you could lose 2 lbs per week & get to your goal. Let us know how you do.

I am 54, and I am having a hard time loosing weight at this level. I can't seem to stay below 145, and I really would like to see the 130's before the summer! I am looking forward to the discussions on metabolism and how to jump start it. www.kneeling.org
