Hi oh that word metabolism.
Once we hit 30 to 35 it just is not like our younger days.
And real close to your weight goal.
I have learned that for me I have to work out 60 minutes in stead of 30 like I use too. And stay with in the calorie range. I have to eat lean protein.
I have several friends who are over 50 and they have to do what I do.
If you work at it you could lose 2 lbs per week & get to your goal.
