Welcome Sharifikim! Way to go on committing to 5AM workouts! I could never do that. Not a morning person at all! The bright side is you are still 45 lbs lighter than you were before. With that gym commitment you'll lose those other 10 lbs in no time.

Hi everyone. I have been lurking around and really need to get involved - you know to give and to get inspiration.
My brief history: went to Jenny Craig lost 55 lbs and got really tired of plastic food with strange chemicals so found Spark People. I have been away from JC now for about 8 months and have had to re-create my diet and have put on 10 lbs of the 55 I lost. I have really committed to the gym - every AM at 5 and am eating really healthy and tracking my calories here.
