My day went well yerterday.

And I'm doing well thank you.

And I like the sp sit very well, I'm of course new to the 40 team.
I'm also a leader on an other team that I made about a year ago. And then on other teams for which I'm active on.

I joined this team to help out and be able to get to know others who are around my age.
Hope to get to know others from the team.

Hi this brandtsgirl,
I new to the team.
I'm 44 and I do verous things to get the heart pumping.
I've learned over the past two years that being premenopausle makes it harder for me so I do have to execise for about an hour each day.
