I would say to find some healthy food to eat when you are stressed. Buy some baby carrots, celery, red bell peppers, and fruit.
You will find them more filling and satisfying. Also take a multivitamin everyday. You will feel much more healthy.

I have been navigating the site and came accross this support group that seemed to interest me. I am trying to get a grip on things. I would like to loose weight and feel better. I am not a junk food eater or do I drink sodas. I eat when I am anxious and stressed.
