Wecome to Spark and the team. At 42 ,my kids call me old too, but my heart is young! To avoid your 2AM cravings, try taking your lunch with you. Pack fruit and yogurt to go, or other healthy foods to take along. you're worth it, so just don't give up!
I'm new to this team and this site. I'll soon be 43. My kids call me 'old' but I certainly don't feel old. I'm enjoying life now more than I ever have. I have more time to spend on myself and things that I enjoy now that the kids are more independent. I'm just more comfortable in my own skin, I guess. I just wish there wasn't so much of me to be comfortable in. lol
I've been working on healthy life style changes since September and done well so far. But, the inevitable has happened... I'm stuck !! The dreaded plateau has arrived. I work full time midnights and finding healthy meal choices at 2am is not an easy task !! I could sure use some suggestions !!! Becky
