If you like to walk in place while watching TV, maybe you should some of Leslie Sansone's Walk Away the Pounds workouts. She leads you through a walking program that incorporates small kicks, knee-ups and lunges all while marching in place to music. She also has some work outs that incorporate light weights or exercise bends in order to strength train while walking. I use them during the winter when I can't walk outside.

Hi everyone. As I am 70, I need to take it slow when it comes to exercising. I do have Richard Simmons exercise video, and I can keep up with some of his routines. However, another exercise that I began to do is to walk or march in place during commercials on TV. So, if you watch Soaps or sports or anything, when a commercial comes on just walk or march in place or you can do stretching exercises.
