My problem is that I ruined my feet and knees with 20 years of overweight. And now I can't get started with excercise. It hurts so bad. I think I have a little athritis too. What can I do to get that 30 minutes of cardio?
I think we all feel the same way. I wish I had started before the weight gain started - but I never really thought I would weigh what I weigh. At least we are on the right path now - and success is ahead of us!
