Hi,I'am Carrie 41 yrs. old live in Houston,but from Tucson AZ.I have 2 teenage boys, who are mr.
I feel like they took my energy from me.emoticon.

I know that I have lost weight,but where is news to me.I can't run with sport injuries and all,but I do walk. I have athritis in my knee from surgery,but I do wear a brace. Especially when the weather goes bonkers my knee flares up.But other than that I want to find support and meet new friends.

Hi Carol, I'm Patty, 3 boys here, 22, 19, 19. One in college also.... other two still single living at home with my husband and father-in-law.

I have struggles with thyroid, recently had a bad spell that missed with my heart rate. I was winded all the time, started my day with a pulse of 98.

I imagine asthma sort of feels like that.......... we're all on the same weight lose road, everyone's journey is a little bit different, a good support system is always a plus.

We can do this!

emoticonHello everyone. I am 40, have 3 kids, 20,18&15. The oldest is now in AZ going to college, I am dealing with his being gone pretty well most days.
I need to get myself in shape and my life in order. I have asthma and I don't want my health to deteriorate as I get older. Here I am getting back on track. I look forward to meeting everyone and going on this journey with you all.
