Hello My friend, I know what you mean..I have an injury also so I know what you mean. Not to long ago I was forced to saty in bed then in a chair for months.. Juts two weeks ago I started to walk again. You can lose the weight (BUT) it will come off slow.
I couldnt moev my arms above my shoulders nor lifet anything heavyer thena can of soup and as for any body movement there was no way..at all.... Plus I was on like 14 pills a day and taking cordizone shots in the spine. (NO FUN)...anyway its possible to lose the weight thats the good thing. Bad thing is it comeing off slower.
Follow your plan (WATCH what you EAT) and drink your water. any movement that you can do will help you even if its sitting and twisting a tiny bit here and there. But do everything SLOWLY at your pace..

Hi,I'm Becka,47,single,from Alabama and I was injured on the job of which caused me to have some operations that make it so I can't do conventional exercises therefore, I've gained like 60lbs in the past yr. and drs. are saying I'll need more surgery in the near future but, I'm getting depressed over the weight gain even though I eat right and do what I can to exercise nothing is seeming to work and I have do therapy due to the injuries. I'm normally a workaholic,outgoing,upbeat,fun loving woman that loves the outdoors,watersports,dancing,my 2 grandsons and just LIFE ITSELF.
