Maria - - just getting off & moving even if it is just for 5-10 minutes as a start - moving will become addictive.
When I get started again - each time - I usually start with a walking to a 10 minute video and increase it by 1-2 minutes daily - before I know it I'm doing 30 minutes....
That is great, Maria, that you are off the couch!
Something I like to do is walk in place for an hpur in front of the tv watching my favorite show. It really is fun, and the show keeps my interest, and makes me forget about the exercising!
If you think you can, or if you think you can't, either way you are right!
getting off the couch is the best thing you can do - but I must admit I have fell in love with watching the Olympics and so it is hard to get me off the couch - but thankfully my Dalhouise doesn't care about the TV and when he wants his walk I must go.

I have been mostly on the couch for the last two months and I need to get off now...I join this team to help me get motivated to walk most days. I do love walking or jogging..
