It is far easier to MAKE time to exercise than it is to FIND time to exercise. You want results???? MAKE it happen.

Hi all! My name is Lisa, I am married and have 2 elementary school age boys. I joined this group 3 years ago, and lost 50 pounds through diet and exercise, mostly walking. For a variety of reasons I gave up after 50 pounds, only 20 from my goal weight, and this spring found myself right back up to 205 pounds. I decided at that point to make a bunch of changes in my life, and to lose weight and become healthy for me and my kids. I slowly lost 25 pounds mostly by changing eating habits. I added in exercise 6 days a week, mostly walking on the treadmill and weight training 3 days a week, and am now halfway to my goal weight. This time around I am doing it for myself so I can love myself, and I see a successful future. Spark people helped a great deal the first time around, and I am sure the support will help again this time!
