Start slow and build. I walked a half of a mile for almost a week, then 1 mile, then 2 miles and now I am on 3 and want more! This is my 3rd week of 3 miles. It took a lot of effort, whining complaining, aches and pains and groans "I can't do it" was number 1 complaint. Well I don't know what happened, but now I am ready to run!!
This is my 10th week of walking all in all.
