It doesn't matter what the age is, you set your mind to it. It happens! I have heard everything slows down, weight loss particularly and metabolism goes out the window. Boloney with all that!! We are in charge of what our body can do!! Thats great for you MYBULLDOGS!!! Kudos and Yippee!!
Start slow and build. I walked a half of a mile for almost a week, then 1 mile, then 2 miles and now I am on 3 and want more! This is my 3rd week of 3 miles. It took a lot of effort, whining complaining, aches and pains and groans "I can't do it" was number 1 complaint. Well I don't know what happened, but now I am ready to run!!
This is my 10th week of walking all in all.
