have fun reading other people's blogs. Check in every day. Make it a habit to do just 10 minutes of exercise. Then when that becomes a habit do 15 minutes and on and on. Right now I have a Achilles heel injury that is really holding me back. The only thing I can do is bike ride. It doesn't burn a lot of calories but it counts as cardio. It keeps me in the habit of exercising, I could just sit back 2 months and let my heel heal, but I would rather keep moving. I hope you find the support you are seeking.
