It is far easier to MAKE time to exercise than it is to FIND time to exercise. You want results???? MAKE it happen.
Good luck, you have the right attitude. Please make sure you have the right shoes. I injured my Achilles heel wearing the wrong shoes. Still suffering from that injury. If you feel something wrong, don't push it. Have fun!

I live in far northern Illinois and I will be 61 in May. I have been fighting this weight hell for 15 years. My pedometer is set and ready to click off steps. I will be walking in my neighborhood and also the local mall to prepare for the Arthritis Walk 2014. I have rheumatoid arthritis and had a flare this week. I can never take mobility for grantid. Move, move and move more. I have a friend who has lost 94 lbs in a year from following WW and walking - no heavy exercising, only walking. I love SparksPeople recipes because they are so much tastier than other low-fat, low-cal recipes offered through other programs. Between WW and walking I feel confident I can reach my goal.
