Hi and welcome back! I think most people can say they have been there, done that. The only advice I would give is to stay active in SP and maybe in time you will get the mindset back to achieve your goal. It is one step at a time..Best wishes!
It is great to have you back! I know all about ups and downs in weight and healthy habits. Even after joining SP I did the same thing as you. BUT! We always can come back and start again - hope you find yourself with a lot of will power and energy to keep losing and keep eatng right. And keep posting, whether it's triumphs or struggles - we'll share and support!

Hello! I'm ashamed to admit it, but I joined SparkPeople three years ago and this is the first time that I am making an effort to be active and utilize the wonderful resources available here. I lost a significant amount of weight a few years ago (about 40 lbs) but I've gained it all back -- and then some. Unfortunately, although my weight is REALLY depressing to me, I just haven't been able to get back into those same healthy habits that helped me successfully lose weight last time. So, I am now concentrating on small, daily goals so I can get used to experiencing success again. I look forward to supporting and learning from all of you!!
