You don't say where you live but I'm wondering if you have any city parks or state parks within a 10 mile dist from you that you could use? I've even gone to some of my neighboring neighborhoods that have small playground parks and walked around in them. Just a thought

I use the Walk Away The Pounds DVDs by Leslie Sansone because I can use them at home. I have done them in the living room, my bed room & even outside on our deck in warm weather. I have a laptop computer & I just put one in the disk drive & away I go.

I have no where to walk in my neighbor without getting attack by dogs or missing the big semi trucks. I do go to the gym and and use the stepping steps and tradmill. I try to go for and hour to two hours.

Is this good or bad for you?
