I started with 5 minutes , then 6 minutes, then 10 minutes, then 12 minutes & for the last 6 days I have been doing 15 minutes a day. If I don't feel up to doing the time all at once I do it just a little bit at a time.
OMG that is fantastic! I was to start a plan on this past Monday and did walk, then came down with the flu on Tues and today (Friday) is the first day I don't feel like I'm dying! Good luck and keep up the good work. Keep up posted. You are great inspiration
