on completing other programs. I'm just starting again with walking and I don't know why I ever stopped. There are so many benefits to walking. Now I'm into the walking DVD's and finding out that I can get a good workout right in my living room.
Welcome. There are a lot of ways to keep walking interesting. Walking to different locations, in different areas of your city or town, walking while listening to podcasts or books (be sure to leave an ear open for traffic,) focusing on technique and doing "sprints" of racewalking, trying a new technique such as nordic walking.
You can find many ways to do this. One of the interesting things is that most people who walk can do it for YEARS and not get bored. Those who use exercise equipment often reach burnout quickly.
