Name is james and I have been walking to lose weight since May 29 of this year. I have had some medical issues in the past and am looking to put them behind me as I improve on my health and wellness. My plans for this year are to complete two half-marathons (first time) and in April of next year I have a personal goal to walk 27.5miles to thank all those who have inspired and motivate me to live the new lifestyle I have started. I look forward to sharing my accomplishments and troubles with you all.
