Hi, I have always loved walking and have a treadmill, a dog and a walking trail, I consider myself very lucky to have access to the only tools I need. So here I am with 10 to lose. I am 60 and weigh 160, funny it seems like I have gained 10 lbs every 10 yrs. I have to get serious and start going back down the scale. I usually do workout a minimum of 3 days a week but I don't seem to lose any weight at all. But now that it is summer, my dog Steffie is my motivator, every morning we take a walk then when I get back I continue to either do 2 or 3 miles on the treadmill or use a Leslie Sansone walking DVD. She is awesome. This was the first week that I walked every day instead of missing a day. And my new goal is 6 days a week. I am going to read all your posts and keep my motivation up.
