Welcome. Walking is great exercise and one you can do all your life. Spark says that any weight you lose helps the "problem areas." Other than that, increase the intensity of your walks. Either by sprints, doing stairs, hills, etc during your walks, or even lunges at the end of each block.
Adding strength training to your activities also helps a ton.
