The fourth glass of wine is always a good idea before you do it and a really bad idea afterward! ;-)

It is far easier to MAKE time to exercise than it is to FIND time to exercise. You want results???? MAKE it happen.

Welcome. Walking is great exercise and one you can do all your life. Spark says that any weight you lose helps the "problem areas." Other than that, increase the intensity of your walks. Either by sprints, doing stairs, hills, etc during your walks, or even lunges at the end of each block.

Adding strength training to your activities also helps a ton.

i walked for 2 hours a day for 6 day. i will put a cd in and listen and walk everyday is a diffance cd like oldes, country, hip hop, etc it help me. not listening the same one all the time.

Hi. I am a walker and need to lose about 10 pounds and lose this belly of mine. That's the main thing I am concerned about. I'm 51. If anyone has any tips for me, I'd love to hear them.
