Congrats on getting out there and walking - especially with a friend. There is lots of information and support on this site! Best advice - don't give up . . . and use the nutrition and fitness trackers.
I am new to this forum but not to walking. My goal is to lose 50 pounds. I am 53 and menopausal so it seems like it is hard for me to lose weight. I am determined to do this. I started walking with a friend a week ago. We are both determined to succeed at this. Does anyone have any tips for us? Any tips are greatly appreciated.
