I'm new to this. I am disabled and can't walk long distances but , I am going to try and walk a little further than I do. It won't be briskly, but It will be walking. To the end of the street and back in the morning, to the park after lunch. and my steps on the stairs 3 times per day.I need to get 2 stones off, to feel ok. I am not used to this weight.I put it on through inactivity due to my disability.
