Welcome. Make sure you build up slowly to the level of activity you want to reach. An injury that slows you down can be very discouraging. Increase slowly and try new activities every couple of weeks. You may find a number of things you enjoy and mixing things up will help you be more toned and stronger.

Hi everybody, I'm Sally, 51 years young and reshaping my body and energizing my life. My goal is to make 2012 the most enjoyable year ever! I'm taking the hater out of exercise personally and will dive into things that invigorate me like biking in the fresh air, sweating out to Zumba, walking and hiking in beautiful parks and valleys.
