Welcome. Make sure you build up slowly to the level of activity you want to reach. An injury that slows you down can be very discouraging. Increase slowly and try new activities every couple of weeks. You may find a number of things you enjoy and mixing things up will help you be more toned and stronger.

Be yourself. Everyone else is already taken.
You will never "find" time for anything. If you want time, you must make it.
Hello and welcome to the team!
Always leave enough room in your LIFE to do something that makes you happy, satisfied or even joyous.

Run a 5K!
Control my eating!
Hi Sally... You have the right attitude... One "step" at a time. I have learned, I LOVE to walk, and I LOVE to sweat!!! Who knew!!
Best of luck!
Hi everybody, I'm Sally, 51 years young and reshaping my body and energizing my life. My goal is to make 2012 the most enjoyable year ever! I'm taking the hater out of exercise personally and will dive into things that invigorate me like biking in the fresh air, sweating out to Zumba, walking and hiking in beautiful parks and valleys. I want to prepare plates of color that are inviting and healthy. I want to make creative cooking a passion and share with others. All the best to you. Hope to great to know the group better soon!
