Welcome. I listen to books while I walk. It takes almost "no time" for a chapter to pass and I've been walking an hour. It works indoors and outside. I also enjoy walking with others like the teams that walk across the US or other places. It makes it fun to see how much I have walked each day.

Hi, I'm Marta and I recently joined Spark and am also new to this forum. I love walking, mainly because it's not as monotonous as "regular" work-outs, and it has helped me lose weight in the past. I'm always looking for new friends on here - I think it's hard to stay motivated all alone. The more the merrier! Good luck to everyone! :)
