Welcome. My work schedule doesn't give me regular hours, so I put an audio book on and listen away for a chapter or two. I get involved in the story and look forward to the next day when I can "read" some more.

I live on the shores of Lake Superior. A walking group would be a really neat idea. I don't have any close neighbors, but it would be fun to form a group that walked together once a.week. Thank you for the idea!

I was wondering if joining a walking group would help. I pledged to walk 15 minutes/day last Tuesday. I am now on day 7 and have walked 35-105 minutes the last 7 days. I want to prove to myself that I can do this. I hope it works this well for everyone!emoticon
