Welcome. You are doing great! It is a great thing, this walking. Clears out the cobwebs in your mind, helps you breathe better, and I even find I have more energy when I get done.
I love to read so when I walk, I put a book on that I've downloaded from the library and start walking. It takes about an hour or so to get through a good chapter, so I can read lots and lots. There is even the bible on downloads at some places.
It really helps me. I don't have a walking partner (don't live near you) so the books really help motivate me. I look forward to "reading" the next chapter.
