Tomorrow get your shoes on and get out there and walk. Promise yourself you will walk at least 10 minutes. Going early in the day is a great way to make this work. It is cooler. You get out before your life gets in the way, and you feel stronger all day.
Promise you will walk before you do your morning rituals of reading the paper, watching the news, etc. Then it is done, You will be free the rest of the day. You will have made your lungs strong and your body strong.
